Peter Shipley worked with Anchor Trust for 30 years, 27 of these at Director level. He managed many of Anchors principle business activities including Retirement Housing, Leasehold Housing, Property and Building Development.
He has a background in housing management and has led several projects for Anchor, the latest of which is the renewal of Denham Garden Village, a retirement village in Buckinghamshire valued at £60m. Denham is a mixed tenure development with extensive leisure and care facilities.
